Dawmo 2026.9 is out — rendered payslips, a public API and calendar feeds. See what changed
Requisitions, a candidate pipeline with optional AI screening, your own careers page and offer letters from your template. The accepted offer becomes the employee record, so nobody types the new joiner in twice.
The full list is below. These are the one or two claims the module is actually bought on, with the mechanism behind each one drawn rather than described.
The pipeline
An approved requisition is posted to your careers page. Applications land on its board, move from screening to interview to offer, and every move is recorded against the candidate with the name of whoever made it.
One requisition, one board
Applied

Offer
Every move is recorded against the candidate, with who made it and when.
The offer
The offer letter is generated from your own design, in English or Arabic. When the candidate accepts, the employee record is created from it: the title, the salary and the start date are already there, and onboarding starts on its own.
Nothing is typed twice: the record is created from the offer the candidate accepted.
AI screening
Switch it on and each CV is read against the role, with the applicant's name and contact details removed first. Each requirement is marked met, partly met or missed, and Dawmo works out the score from those marks. The AI does not choose it.
Score
50Advice from AI. It does not decide; your team does.
8 capabilities, switched on per company
Requisitions with approval
A hiring manager asks for a seat, it goes through the same approval chain as any other request, and only an approved requisition can be posted.
Candidate pipeline
Every applicant on one board per requisition, moved stage by stage, with notes and the history of who moved them.
AI screening, as advice
Switch it on and each CV is read against the role's requirements, with the applicant's name and contact details removed. Every requirement is marked met, partly met or missed, with the line from the CV that shows it. It never rejects or moves anyone. Your team decides.
Your own careers page
Open roles published on a careers page with your name on it, in English and Arabic. Applications land straight in the pipeline.
Offer letters from your template
The offer is generated from your own letter design, in either language, previewed before it goes out and tracked until it is accepted.
Internal job board
Staff see open roles first and apply from the app, so a move inside the company is a request rather than a rumour.
Interviews
Interview slots and feedback kept against the candidate, so the decision is made on what the panel wrote down.
Onboarding plans
An accepted offer starts the onboarding plan: documents to collect, assets to hand over and first tasks, each with an owner.
Recruitment ends where the employee record begins, and the record is what everything else reads: the contract, the documents with their expiry dates, the leave balance and the approval chain for every request the new joiner will ever raise.
The employee record
There is no export, no nightly sync and no reconciliation step, because there is no second copy to reconcile.
Each one is switched on per company, on the same employee record. Take this module on its own, or run it with the rest and stop reconciling two systems.

Time & Attendance
The strongest thing Dawmo does that imported HR software does not: record a shift on a site, on a bus or in a camp, on whatever hardware is already there.
See Time & AttendancePayday, without the spreadsheet
Payroll & WPS
Leave, overtime, claims and loans arrive in the run on their own. The bank file is generated in your bank’s format and validated before you upload it, not after it bounces.
See Payroll & WPSTasks, goals, reviews and promotions
Performance & growth
Tasks with owners and due dates, goals, review cycles, promotions and benefits, kept on the same record as the contract and the salary, so a promotion is decided on evidence rather than memory.

Offboarding
A resignation starts the clearance, the exit interview and the final settlement, each desk signing off its own part, with the gratuity basis shown on the settlement.

Fleet
Mentioned on the home page and sold here: if you run vehicles, the tolls and fines are already arriving against people whose attendance you are tracking anyway.

Mini CRM
Not sold as a CRM, but as the reason your salespeople’s visits are recorded at all. They are already opening Dawmo to punch in; the visit takes one more tap.
See Mini CRMFrom purchase request to goods received
Procurement
Purchase requests with quotes, approved on your own route. Each approved request becomes one purchase order, issued as a PDF with the VAT and the supplier's TRN, and deliveries are booked in against it. It stays light on purpose: no tenders, budgets or invoice matching.

The parts nobody asks about until procurement does, and then they decide the deal on their own.
