Dawmo 2026.9 is out — rendered payslips, a public API and calendar feeds. See what changed
A resignation starts the clearance, the exit interview and the final settlement, each desk signing off its own part, with the gratuity basis shown on the settlement.
The full list is below. These are the one or two claims the module is actually bought on, with the mechanism behind each one drawn rather than described.
The clearance
A resignation fans out to the desks that have to clear it: IT for the laptop, access for the badge and the logins, finance for loans and advances, and the exit interview. The settlement is worked out once they have all signed, with the gratuity basis shown line by line.
Clearance, desk by desk
The settlement waits until every desk has signed off.
5 capabilities, switched on per company
Resignation and notice
An employee resigns from the app, the notice period is worked out from the contract, and the right people are told the same day.
Clearance
IT, access, finance and the line manager each sign off their own part, and the settlement waits until every one of them has.
Final settlement
Notice, leave balance, gratuity and deductions on one statement, with the day each line came from.
Exit interview
A short interview kept against the record, so the reasons people leave can be read across the company rather than lost in inboxes.
Offboarding checklist
A checklist per role, with assets to collect and access to close, raised by the resignation itself.
The final settlement is a payroll calculation: the days worked, the leave not taken, the gratuity on the salary basis the law names, less what is still owed. It comes from the same run and the same record, which is why it can be explained line by line.
Inputs
Each one arrives from the module that created it. Nobody re-keys a timesheet.
The run
The variance against last month is shown line by line before anybody approves it.
Each one is switched on per company, on the same employee record. Take this module on its own, or run it with the rest and stop reconciling two systems.
Where the employee record starts
Recruitment
Requisitions, a candidate pipeline with optional AI screening, your own careers page and offer letters from your template. The accepted offer becomes the employee record, so nobody types the new joiner in twice.
See RecruitmentThe record everything else reads from
Core HRMS
One employee record (contract, documents, salary history, leave balance) that payroll, attendance and the app all read from rather than each keeping their own copy.
See Core HRMSCapture that works where the signal doesn’t
Time & Attendance
The strongest thing Dawmo does that imported HR software does not: record a shift on a site, on a bus or in a camp, on whatever hardware is already there.
See Time & AttendanceTasks, goals, reviews and promotions
Performance & growth
Tasks with owners and due dates, goals, review cycles, promotions and benefits, kept on the same record as the contract and the salary, so a promotion is decided on evidence rather than memory.

Fleet
Mentioned on the home page and sold here: if you run vehicles, the tolls and fines are already arriving against people whose attendance you are tracking anyway.
See FleetYour field team is already on this app
Mini CRM
Not sold as a CRM, but as the reason your salespeople’s visits are recorded at all. They are already opening Dawmo to punch in; the visit takes one more tap.
See Mini CRMFrom purchase request to goods received
Procurement
Purchase requests with quotes, approved on your own route. Each approved request becomes one purchase order, issued as a PDF with the VAT and the supplier's TRN, and deliveries are booked in against it. It stays light on purpose: no tenders, budgets or invoice matching.

Platform
The parts nobody asks about until procurement does, and then they decide the deal on their own.
