Gratuity
21 days’ basic pay per year for years one to five, and 30 days per year after that — capped at two years’ wage, and settled within 14 days of the end of the relationship.

Overtime
Overtime is paid at basic plus 25%, rising to basic plus 50% for hours worked between 22:00 and 04:00.
