Dawmo 2026.9 is out — rendered payslips, a public API and calendar feeds. See what changed
Leave, overtime, claims and loans arrive in the run on their own. The bank file is generated in your bank’s format and validated before you upload it, not after it bounces.
The full list is below. These are the one or two claims the module is actually bought on, with the mechanism behind each one drawn rather than described.
The run
Unpaid leave, approved overtime, settled expense claims and running loan instalments arrive in the run from the modules that created them. Nobody re-keys a timesheet, and the variance against last month is shown line by line before anybody approves it, which is where a wrong figure is caught rather than after the file has been uploaded.
Inputs
Each one arrives from the module that created it. Nobody re-keys a timesheet.
The run
The variance against last month is shown line by line before anybody approves it.
End of service
The figure is computed from the contract, the length of service and the reason for leaving, and the screen shows the basis it used beside the total. An employee can check their own accrual in the app any month, which is the difference between a settlement that is signed and one that is argued.
The basis, not just the figure
13 capabilities, switched on per company
WPS SIF per bank format
Generated to your bank’s own layout and checked against it: IBAN checksums, salary card numbers, totals against headcount.
Gratuity / end of service
Accrued from the employment record on the basis the law names, and visible to the employee before they ask.
Final settlement
Notice, leave balance, gratuity and deductions on one statement, with the day each line came from.
GL journal export
Cost-centre allocated and reconciling, in a shape your ledger will take.
Salary structures & formulas
Basic, allowances and deductions defined once per grade rather than typed per person.
Effective-dated revisions & arrears
A backdated increase produces its own arrears line rather than a manual adjustment.
Inputs from leave, attendance, claims and loans
The four things that make a run wrong when they arrive by email.
GPSSA pension
Employer and employee split for UAE and GCC nationals, calculated on the right base.
Air-ticket accrual
Accrued monthly against the entitlement rather than absorbed whenever someone travels.
Run lifecycle & variance report
Draft, validate, approve, lock, disburse, with the variance against last month before approval, not after.
Off-cycle & bonus runs
A separate run that still lands in the same ledger and the same audit trail.
Bank accounts & IBAN validation
Checked at the point the employee enters it, not at the point the bank rejects the file.
Cost centre allocation
Salary cost split across projects, sites or entities, on the rules Finance sets.
A run is only as right as the record it reads. The contract, the salary revision that took effect mid-month and the leave taken against it all live in Core HRMS, which is why the run needs no data entry of its own.
The employee record
There is no export, no nightly sync and no reconciliation step, because there is no second copy to reconcile.
Each one is switched on per company, on the same employee record. Take this module on its own, or run it with the rest and stop reconciling two systems.
Where the employee record starts
Recruitment
Requisitions, a candidate pipeline with optional AI screening, your own careers page and offer letters from your template. The accepted offer becomes the employee record, so nobody types the new joiner in twice.
See RecruitmentCapture that works where the signal doesn’t
Time & Attendance
The strongest thing Dawmo does that imported HR software does not: record a shift on a site, on a bus or in a camp, on whatever hardware is already there.
See Time & AttendanceTasks, goals, reviews and promotions
Performance & growth
Tasks with owners and due dates, goals, review cycles, promotions and benefits, kept on the same record as the contract and the salary, so a promotion is decided on evidence rather than memory.
See Performance & growthPart well, and settle right
Offboarding
A resignation starts the clearance, the exit interview and the final settlement, each desk signing off its own part, with the gratuity basis shown on the settlement.
See OffboardingVehicles, drivers and what they cost
Fleet
Mentioned on the home page and sold here: if you run vehicles, the tolls and fines are already arriving against people whose attendance you are tracking anyway.

Mini CRM
Not sold as a CRM, but as the reason your salespeople’s visits are recorded at all. They are already opening Dawmo to punch in; the visit takes one more tap.
See Mini CRMFrom purchase request to goods received
Procurement
Purchase requests with quotes, approved on your own route. Each approved request becomes one purchase order, issued as a PDF with the VAT and the supplier's TRN, and deliveries are booked in against it. It stays light on purpose: no tenders, budgets or invoice matching.

Platform
The parts nobody asks about until procurement does, and then they decide the deal on their own.
See PlatformBring a real month of your own and we will run it through this module on the call rather than walking you through a standard tour.
