How long does implementation take?

We import your employees and documents, pair your existing devices, configure policies, then run one payroll in parallel with your current process before going live. The parallel run is the step that decides the timeline, because it happens on your payroll date rather than ours.

Do we have to move everything at once?

No. Most companies start with payroll and people, then add attendance once the devices are paired. Modules are switched on per company, so the sequence is yours.

Question 3

What do you need from us to start?

An employee list with joining dates and salary structure, your leave policy, and access to the devices you want bridged. Everything else we can build from those on the call.

Can you import from our current system?

Accepted Answer

Usually. Bring an export in whatever shape it comes out and we will tell you honestly what maps cleanly and what needs a decision from you.

Question 5

Which banks can you generate WPS files for?

Accepted Answer

The SIF is generated to your bank’s own layout and validated against it before you upload — IBAN checksums, salary card numbers, totals against headcount. Tell us which bank you use and we will confirm the format on the call rather than after the contract.

What happens if the bank rejects the file?

Accepted Answer

Most rejections are caught before submission, because the file is validated against the bank’s rules when it is generated. For the rest, the run stays open and the specific rows that failed are shown rather than the whole file being marked bad.

Can we run payroll for more than one entity?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Entities are separate companies with their own runs, their own bank accounts and their own approvals, consolidated for reporting where you want them to be.

How is gratuity calculated?

Accrued monthly from the employment record on the basis the law names, so the figure at the end is derived from dated records rather than reconstructed. There is a free calculator on this site if you want to check a number today.

Question 9

Can we reverse a run after it is locked?

Accepted Answer

A locked run cannot be edited, only reversed — which is what makes last year’s payroll still recalculate the way it was actually paid. The reversal and its reason are both recorded.

Question 10

Half our staff work on sites with no wifi. Does it still work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A punch taken out of coverage is written to the phone and syncs when the signal returns, and the worker can see the state change. Geofence, NFC, QR and kiosk capture all behave the same way.

Question 11

We already own fingerprint machines. Do we have to replace them?

No. A bridge agent reads your existing ZKTeco, Hikvision or Suprema readers and brings the punches in alongside phone capture. If your model is not on the list, send us the make and we will tell you honestly whether it is supported.

Does it automatically deduct pay for a late punch?

Accepted Answer

Never. Attendance integrity flags patterns and attaches the evidence, and a person decides what happens. Software that docks pay on its own is software you will end up arguing with in front of an employee.

How does it handle Ramadan hours?

The reduced working day is applied automatically for the dates it applies to, rather than being a policy someone remembers to switch on and forgets to switch off.

Where is our data stored, and who can see it?

Each company’s data is isolated at the database row, and every view of a salary figure is written to an audit log. The hosting region is a decision we are settling now, and we will state it in writing on the security page before you commit anything.

Can managers see individual salaries?

Only if you say so. By default a manager sees team cost against budget, not what any one person earns.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It exports in full, in a format you can use. The export is not something you have to ask for, negotiate, or pay for on the way out.

Is the whole thing in Arabic, or just the labels?

The employee app runs in eight languages, with Arabic and Urdu set right to left rather than flipped. Payslips and letters are generated in the employee’s own language. The web console and this website are fully Arabic as well, laid out right to left rather than mirrored.
