Dawmo 2026.9 is out — rendered payslips, a public API and calendar feeds. See what changed
For security companies with guards posted at client sites around the clock, where the client needs to know the post was covered and payroll needs to know who covered it.
A guard signs a register at the gate, a supervisor signs it off, and nobody can prove who was actually standing at the post at three in the morning.
How Dawmo handles it
A geofence is drawn per site. Outside it the punch is refused, and the distance is recorded rather than hidden. Buddy punching patterns are flagged with the evidence attached, and nothing is deducted automatically: a person decides.
Day and night shifts run across many posts, and a gap left by leave or an absence is usually found after the shift it left uncovered.
How Dawmo handles it
Shift patterns are built once and rolled forward, with coverage visible before the week starts. Overtime is reported by what went over, where, and whether it was approved before it was worked.
Every guard carries a passport, a visa, a labour card and an Emirates ID, and each one lapses on its own date.
How Dawmo handles it
Every document’s expiry is registered from the scan and lands on one dashboard, with the PRO named against it.
The rest of the platform switches on later, on the same employee record, with nothing to migrate.
Twenty minutes, on a call, with your payroll rather than our demo data. Bring last month’s run and we will compare it line by line.
