The strongest thing Dawmo does that imported HR software does not: record a shift on a site, on a bus or in a camp, on whatever hardware is already there.
The full list is below. These are the one or two claims the module is actually bought on, with the mechanism behind each one drawn rather than described.
Capture
A labour camp has no signal, a tower has nowhere to put a kiosk, a driver has no wall to walk to and a basement warehouse has no GPS. So the punch method is a property of the site and the role rather than of the product, and a company running four of them at once is the normal case here, not a special one.
Geofenced GPS
A radius drawn per site. Outside it the punch is refused, and the distance is recorded rather than hidden.
Open punch, no geofence
For drivers, PROs and sales, who are meant to be moving. The location is stamped on the punch instead of gating it.
NFC / RFID card
A card at the gate or on the vehicle, for crews where not everyone carries a smartphone.
Bluetooth beacon
A coin-cell beacon on the wall proves presence in a basement, a cold store or a tower core, where GPS reads nothing.
QR kiosk
A rotating code on one shared tablet, so a hundred people are covered without a hundred phones.

Out of coverage the punch is written to the phone with its own timestamp and location, and the worker is shown that it was accepted rather than a spinner. It syncs when the connection returns, and the record keeps both times (when it was taken and when it arrived), so nothing is quietly backdated and nothing has to be taken on trust in a dispute.

The bridge agent runs on your network, reads ZKTeco, Hikvision and Suprema terminals over it, and posts their punches into the same timeline as the phones. The enrolled fingerprints stay on the device, so nobody re-enrols eight hundred people to change HR software.
