The day
A Salik or Darb charge arrives with a gate and a timestamp on it. Dawmo already knows which vehicle was assigned to which driver at that minute, so the charge lands on a person rather than in a monthly total nobody can break down. A traffic fine follows the same chain.

A vehicle’s registration, insurance and inspection expire the way an employee’s visa does, and they are raised by the same alert engine to a named person. So a truck is not discovered to be off-road on the morning it was needed, and a vehicle whose papers have lapsed cannot be assigned to a driver at all.

Billed per vehicle
Fleet is priced per vehicle in service each month. Inactive and disposed vehicles are not counted.
The driver whose name a toll lands on is the same person whose shift you are already recording. Both modules read one assignment, which is what lets a charge at 07:12 find a person rather than a vehicle number.
Geofenced GPS
A radius drawn per site. Outside it the punch is refused, and the distance is recorded rather than hidden.
Open punch, no geofence
For drivers, PROs and sales, who are meant to be moving. The location is stamped on the punch instead of gating it.
NFC / RFID card
A card at the gate or on the vehicle, for crews where not everyone carries a smartphone.
Bluetooth beacon
A coin-cell beacon on the wall proves presence in a basement, a cold store or a tower core, where GPS reads nothing.
QR kiosk
A rotating code on one shared tablet, so a hundred people are covered without a hundred phones.

Purchase requests with quotes, approved on your own route. Each approved request becomes one purchase order, issued as a PDF with the VAT and the supplier's TRN, and deliveries are booked in against it. It stays light on purpose: no tenders, budgets or invoice matching.
