Every GCC state runs its own version. What they share, where they differ, and why a rejected file is almost always a mapping problem.
One idea, six implementations
Every GCC country requires employers to pay wages through a monitored banking channel and to file a record of each run.
The idea is the same everywhere; the file format is not.
Why files get rejected
Almost always because an identifier does not match the labour ministry's record — a passport number keyed with a space, an establishment id from the wrong branch, or a bank account that belongs to a previous employer.
What Dawmo does
The wage file is generated from the same payroll run that produced the payslips and validated against the country pack's own rules before it is downloadable.
Every rejection reason is named against the employee it belongs to.
